Keyword Search Help

Keyword Search
Enter keywords into one, or both, of the keyword text boxes and then click the "Search" button. A listing of relevant travel sites will be displayed.

Keywords
The word(s) that you chose as keywords can dramatically change the outcome of your search. There are many words in the English language that mean the same thing (synonyms). For example, RV in the United States of America means Recreational Vehicle whereas in other countries the same vehicle is called "Campervan", "Motorhome" and Mobilehome. Because of these differences in the way we use words, keywords used to describe travel related web pages can have a variety of meanings. Consequently, different "synonym" keywords will yield different search results. For example, using the keyword "RV" will give a different result than the keyword "Campervan".

Keyword Generator
The Keyword Generator helps you to find a range of keywords based on an initial keyword. Just enter the initial keyword and click the Search button. A listing of synonym keywords will be displayed. Use one or more of these keywords to better define your search results.

Helpful tips when using keywords
  • Plural keywords can give different results than singular keywords. For example, Car versus Cars. Where possible use singular keywords. For Example Car
  • Do not use quotation characters. For example, "Car" or 'Car"
  • Use only one or two keywords in each text box. For example, Rental ; or Car Rental ; rather than Car Renting Agency
  • Keywords can be in lower case a ; upper case A ; or a mixture of cases Aa
When searching for a travel service in a particular location enter the travel service you are looking for in one of 'Keyword Search Boxes', in the other 'Keyword Search Box' enter the Town/City followed by the country.
For example    Hotel   And   Wellington New Zealand
Fully qualifying the search with the "Town/City" followed by the "Country" will provide more relevant search results.

If you are searching for all travel web sites in a particular Town/City then also include the Country after the Town/City your are searching for.
For example   Hamilton New Zealand
A fully qualified search for Hamilton New Zealand will provide more relevant search results and filter out other locations such as Hamilton Australia or Hamilton Island Australia.
